What we screen for

We flag violent words and images, endorsements of gun violence, excessive gore, indications of an intention to commit a violent act, or content expressing a desire to physically hurt oneself or others — identifying candidates who may pose a safety risk to your organization.
We flag direct intimidation, shaming, name-calling, or patronizing insults directed at individuals, as well as prejudiced content based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or national origin — protecting your workplace culture and reputation.
Our screening highlights references to involvement in crimes such as theft or terrorism, arrest records, gang affiliations, or support of criminal activity that may be relevant to a hiring decision.
References to or consumption of illicit drugs, drug use outside of intended purpose, and the use, growth, or sale of cannabis are flagged in alignment with your organization's substance use policies.
Our process is specifically structured to exclude all protected characteristics — race, religion, gender, age, disability, national origin, and others — from the screening output. You receive only actionable, risk-relevant findings. Nothing more.
Social media checks caught online behavior that would have been a serious HR and legal liability. The bias-protected process means we can act on the findings with complete confidence.

HR Director
The protected characteristics filter is what sets this service apart from everything else we evaluated. We get the risk signals we need without the legal exposure that comes with doing it wrong.

Employment Counsel
We were skeptical about social media screening at first. After the first flagged report surfaced a serious issue we never would have caught, it became a non-negotiable part of our process.

How It Works
Our structured social media review process is designed to surface genuine behavioral risk signals while systematically excluding any information related to protected characteristics — keeping your screening fair, defensible, and fully compliant.
Candidate consent is obtained in compliance with FCRA requirements before any social media data is reviewed or accessed.
We locate the candidate's publicly available social media profiles across major platforms using the information provided.
Our trained team reviews content using a structured framework — flagging only the defined risk-relevant behaviors, never protected characteristics or content unrelated to workplace risk.
You receive a clear, FCRA-compliant report containing only actionable, risk-relevant findings — organized for easy review and defensible documentation.
Comprehensive coverage

Workplace safety
A candidate's online behavior can reveal patterns of violence, harassment, or criminal activity that would never appear on a résumé or surface in an interview. Our social media checks surface these risks before they walk through your door.
Legal protection
Done incorrectly, social media screening creates serious legal exposure. Our process is structured from the ground up to exclude all protected characteristics, comply with FCRA requirements, and keep every screening decision legally defensible from start to finish.

Culture protection
Employees represent your organization online whether you intend them to or not. Our social media checks identify candidates whose publicly visible online behavior could damage your organization's reputation or create a hostile work environment before they're ever hired.
